Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate cost calculations and quotations.
- Coordinate and book shipments with foreign principals.
- Communicate with partners to monitor order progress.
- Keep clients updated on shipment status and timelines.
- Collaborate with Sales to align on customer needs
Skills & Qualifications
- Customer-focused with excellent communication skills.
- Positive, confident, and self-motivated.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Fluent in Maltese and English (another language is a plus).
- IT proficiency; previous sales or industry experience is an advantage.
